After purchasing a greenhouse from Wilko.com was told i would have call the night before to offer an idea of morning/afternoon delivery, this didn't happen.
On delivery i was sent fixings for 8x6 greenhouse and not the 10x 6 i had ordered.I immediately called and emailed. After no reply directly to Palram where parts were sent out but remained incomplete. Several more emails and calls to Wilko and reassured parts would be sent-again not complete.
Now over 4 weeks and 15 mails later, multiple phone calls and still unable to complete greenhouse. Shocking service!
