Delivery service from Wickes is one of the worst I have ever experienced, to make matters worse their customer service department is a total waste of time as you are only referred back to the store who seem to be totally incompetent.
Clearly all complaints are treated in the same manor, the store is always 'right' and customer service base their number of complaints on percentages, so if you are one of those who complain this is passed off as being one of the minorities and you get the 'brush off' told that you can always have a refund!
Is this what customer care is actually about?
Customer care could be improved by letting the purchaser know when there are difficulties with a delivery or stock levels and by training staff to at least be courteous and less arrogant. (Guildford Branch)
