Ordered stuff didnt arrive, their excuse was driver ran out of hours. I understand legal requirement but the fact that they couldn't be bothered to contact me despite 3 emails and 2 txts confirming delivery time. Sat at home waiting all day
when contacting customerservices they dont want to know. Firstly manager on phone, next too early for mangers to be in office (this was at 10 am) lastly he'll call you back now, and nothing for 2 1/2 hours till I put another complaint in then what sounded like a junior oik tells me that I'm lucky that they dont normally refund delivery charge but in my case they will. Dire company with even crappier customer service
