“Complete rubbish”

Was told it would be delivered on a certain day between 10am and 3pm. Only to be told at 4pm it would not be delivered because the delivery van had broken down. Promised it would be delivered first thing the following morning. It wasn't. I went to the store to complain and found my order sitting on a pallet outside the store. Went into the store to be told it was on a van somewhere but that had also broken down. !! They lie don't inform you of anything are frankly completely incompetent. If you have the choice of where to shop. Don't shop here !
