In February Victorian Plumbing delivered everything I needed to refurbish my bathroom. Before I had chance to have the work done I had a stroke. It was the middle of May before I was able to contact them again to ask if they would let me change the bath and relevant fittings for a shower cubicle. Without hesitation I was told that as long as the items were still in their packaging they would give me a full refund on the returned items enabling me to buy the shower cubicle I now need. True to their word, within a day of returning the items the refund was in my bank account. Excellent customer service, the staff were very understanding.
I had thought that given the length of time since the original delivery there might be a problem. So good to find a company that cares about it's customers. hIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
