Having a fault develop with our shower whereby we explained the water temperature could not be controlled we were asked to provide ridiculous things like photographs of the fault and how we discovered it! After numerous e.mails it has taken them two weeks to say we need to contact the manufacturer's technical department, we have calibrated the shower and it still doesn't work - trying to claim anything from them is virtually impossible. Trying to call them well I have yet get above 37th in the queue. We had ordered a bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom from this company and would never use them again. Had we known how bad their customer service was we would never have recommended them to anyone.
