They delivered the wrong items, took a week to pick them up, I waited a week for my refund . NOTHING. When I phoned FOR THE 4TH TIME nobody seemed to know anything and they've told me that it will take up to 5 days to get my money back . Strangely it only took minutes to take my money in the first place. The time it takes to respond to emails is appalling. I'm getting replacement stuff from the builders merchant, its a bit more expensive but a whole lot less problematic .I will never use victorian plumbing again and would strongly urge everyone else to avoid them as well.
