Bought Milan basin mixer and bath mixer set. Plumber fitted bath mixer when I noticed the spout was cracked at the top. Took almost half an hour to get through on my mobile as when I called I was number 28 in the queue. Explained the problem and was told it would be 3 - 5 working days for my replacement told them this wasn't acceptable and that other suppliers would have done my replacement for the following day as my client's bathroom cannot be finished until we have this tap as the toilet and cistern need to be removed for it to be fitted to the bath. Told it was in their terms and conditions well who reads all these. Cannot find their CEO email. Their customer service and replacement policy is disgusting and I will think twice before buying from them again. I did however fit the same product in my own bathroom a few weeks ago and they are fine taps.
