Dreadful after sales service. Caution with there terms and conditions. You will need to pay for any returned items delivery and wait 10 working days for them to confirm. It takes usually 20 minutes for them to answer your call and once they have, they just want to get you off the line. The staff won't try to actively help or get back to you, they just want to finish the call. They do all they can to avoid any liability and expence making life difficult and forcing you to run around whilst they dodge work. Only persistence and shouting the loudest seemed to work. If you order from them then prey nothing goes wrong. I am a contractor who has ordered from all sorts of bathroom companies for over 10 years. Victorian plumbing is by far the worst, slowest and most incompetent after sales service I have ever come across. Will never use again and will actively discourage others from using them, hence this review.
