3 week wait for a wrong bath to arrive, another 3 weeks and a substandard bath arrives, Ohhhh my god the agonizing wait.

Ordered a mirror and found it to be cheap junk. Sent back after all the delays of 'server issues' trying to get a returns number and phone conversations not being noted to find an email being sent to me with a blurry damaged picture of the damage which makes no sense. Almost looks like a photo-shopped image.

Even though the call center was very good on the phone i found the company to be lagging where it came to quality, and getting the orders correct.
All my purchasing will now be made elsewhere.

Guys, If you get fobbed off then please read up on consumer advice so your not at a loss.
