Bought a 3pcs bath suite, all arrived and found out the bathtub was defective. The corners of the bath tub were really thin and the light was shining through. It was sub standard and was clearly not strong enough as enough fibreglass and resin had not been used. Telephoned customer service and emailed them the photos. Was told it would be resolved within 24 hrs, 3 days later and after constant phonecalls from myself i was told the bathtub is fine and they will not exchange it or give me a refund. My advice is stay well clear from this company. Once they got your money they will mess you around

No they won't..they will just fob you off! They offer a 5 year guarantee...against what? What is going to go wrong? Well whatever it is...they won't accept liability and will hide behind the manufacturers who will in turn hide behind the "you must have done this yourself" idea...avoid...avoid....
