I would never buy from this company and these reviews should be heeded. I was sent a box of broken tiles, and yet the compnay are refusing to give me a refund. I'm still in shock. How a company can send damaged goods, take my money and then refuse to complete a refund is beyond me. It is nothing short of theft.

I am having to now issue proceedings.

The whole incident beggars belief.

Can you please send us your order number and we'll look into this for you? We do everything we can to help with damaged deliveries, as we know some of our goods can be fragile.
