We ordered an item that clearly stated it was 'in stock' and informed us that delivery would be within 7 days. The item eventually came over three weeks later. They did not inform us of the delay, we had to telephone them. They lied and said that the item was out of stock at the time of order, when challenged about this they stated that there had been several orders at the same time, hence the mix up.

No apology, just lies & excuses.
