I placed an order for some tile samples with Victorian Plumbing and everything seemed to be going well. Then the normal delivery window passed and no tiles. I went away for a month on work and still no tiles. I then received 2 of my 3 samples.
Due to the colour choice for our bathroom there was not many other options and we really wanted these tiles. So I phoned Victorian Plumbing and asked them to confirm if the tiles were available. They said they had some in stock but others would have be ordered from their suppliers. I asked them to check with the suppliers as. Had already waited 2 months for my samples and not received them all. They phoned the supplier while I was on the other line and confirmed that the tiles were in stock at their warehouse...result...or so I thought! I have now been waiting 3 weeks and the delivery date of the tiles a Victorian Plumbing from the supplier has been pushed back twice.
I understand this could possibly be seen as a supplier fault and not Victorian Plumbing but I think it is terrible how they have handle the problem. The tiles are sitting on someone's shelve but I can't get them. To top things off I still haven't received the last sample tile after 10 weeks.
