Dont bother ordering anything from them, all they want is your money. They don't have customer care unless you want to wait 5 days for an e mail or hours waiting on the phone. Try ringing there support line, if you can get under 20 your doing well.
Don't use them simple.
God help you if you need to return something, really in trouble now, ring for a pre paid ticket, well yer if you could get through. Dont bother.
