Dreadful service. 3 days waiting in & still no delivery!

What a disaster! We placed an order for 3 en suite bathroom suites 12 days ago assuming that the latest it would be delivered under the 5-7 day deliver option would have been some time last week. The delivery confirmation email told us delivery would be last Friday (day 8) Unfortunately only some of the items were delivered with no explanation as to where the rest was. We were unable to get any information over the weekend and our plumbers have been on site with nothing to do. Nothing arrived on Monday and I spent all morning on the phone. I was stunned to hear that everything was in the depot which is not 5 miles from our home. I was promised delivery first thing this morning (Tuesday. Nothing came and when I called to chase i was told it would be here this afternoon. Again nothing came. I called this evening and was informed that the driver had exceeded his legal driving hours for the day and the next delivery date would be next Monday. Nobody with the necessary authority was on duty to help out. I have waited in for 3 working days, cancelled appointments and am having to pay £300 per day to keep my plumbers on site or risk delaying the renovation project by 2 months. Frustrated, angry, stressed and astonished at the utter incompetence that I have experienced. If you want service look elsewhere.
