Ordered a bathroom and awaited delivery on the scheduled day. Nothing. Contacted customer service who promised they would investigate with courier and get back to me. Nothing. The following day, I phoned every hour on the hour to get some information about possible delivery date/time. Nothing. No one returns your calls and no one could apparently locate an entire bathroom suite. Bermuda Triangle situation, apparently. Constantly blaming their couriers when their couriers are, well, THEIR courier company, not mine. Obviously poorly managing their suppliers. Promised a refund and yet to receive. Would never recommend this company to anyone now.
