Ordered a bath, then realised it would not suit by bath mounted taps that I had already purchased. Spoke to an advisor on web chat who advised me to call the customer service team at 8am, the following morning, which open at 8am. what's the point having a web chat service if the advisor can't assist me there and then; I rang the customer service team at 08:10 the following morning, to amend my order...to actually order a more expensive bath. I was going to double my spend. Informed, I am too late, item was picked from stock at 6am and can't be cancelled,amended or withdrawn from the delivery schedule. I had no choice but to cancel my order. 3 phone calls later that same day and I'm still receiving confirmation e-mails and texts saying my bath is on its way... I can't VP again... Their advice, if the bath turns up, just refuse to accept delivery, on the doorstep. 3 weeks on, I follow up to see where my refund is, I'm informed they don't initiate refunds, the customer needs to call up to do that... Ermmmm, I have called...on 4 seperste occasions and VP have called me back and assured me that the refund has been processed. Still no refund, call again today, yes your refund is still outstanding and will take 3-5 working days to hit your bank account... What a shambles... They have completely missed the point that a speedy refund would have won them another order, of goods double my original order value.... Customer service team are ill informed, web chat advisor had no idea that an order could be picked in warehouse at 6am, before customer service team open at 8am! So say I am frustrated with this company is an understatement... They have poor procedures and have no formal response mexhansims to customers, when things don't go smoothly. Today's advisor informs me that they don't send a confirmation email to any customers re:refunds. I wouldn't purchase again, nor recommend a friend or foe to use this company...ever!!!!
