Three errors with our order Bad customer services

We ordered a new bathroom suite including a shower package and there were THREE major errors with the order.

We were renovating our entire house including bathroom and chose VP to buy our bathroom suite from. When you are renovating a three bedroom house it's quite impossible to know exactly when the bathroom will be fitted because inevitably there are hold ups and delays which puts timeframes off. For that reason we ordered our bathroom before Xmas but our builders didn't start installing it until late January.

When they did start installing it we realised that VP had sent us a Left Hand shower bath when we ordered a Roght Hand bath. The bath had a label on it which said it was a Roght Hand bath but it wasn't. We had to provide a photo to VP before they would consider replacing it. The replacement took over a week.

Next when the toilet was going in, the builder noticed the toilet was broken. This then took another 5 day for delivery.

Finally, the shower package we bought (rain shower and a slide rail shower) was missing the slide rail shower. This was a total disaster because we weren't living in the house and the plumber fitted the rain shower and then tiled. It wasn't until we went to the property to see the progress that we noticed the slide shower missing. This meant VP delivering the replacement (which took almost a week) and the plumber having to break tiles to fit it. It ended up costing us a lot of money which VP were not prepared to compensate.

We don't understand why VP can't prioritise missing items. They get processed and delivered like a new order, hence why everything took minimum 5 days. It was hugely frustrating when we have spend over £1,200 which them and we have three major problems with our order.

Do not use Victoria Plumb!!!!!!! Avoid this terrible company.
