My heart has sunk on reading these terrible reviews as I now know what to expect. I ordered a bathroom suite and had my bath fitted 2 weeks ago...all good, or so I thought. After 1 week I noticed a water stain on my newly plastered and painted kitchen ceiling which was directly underneath the bath. My plumber came back and advised that the bath had a manufacturing fault consisting of two hairline cracks on the underside of the bath which had been leaking over the course of the week.
So I called VP and was told to email evidence which I did. The next day I called to make sure my email had been received because it hadn't even been acknowledged and was told it would have to be passed to the email team and that somebody would call me the same day. Nobody called. I have just called them back this morning and was again told it had to be forwarded to the email team and that somebody would call me in 2 hours....that was 4 hours ago.
I thought I'd check out reviews to get some insight in to if this was how VP operated.....sadly it seems that it's aftercare service is consistently poor judging by the rest of the reviews on here. If only I'd read them before!
I wouldn't recommend VP to anybody, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. At least I know what to expect going in to battle with them!
