No fixing kit supplied with this item,apparently you have to purchase Victoria Plums cistern which it does not clearly state on the website,also the holes in the side of the toilet have no caps so you have to live with a rather unattractive hole,when i rang to complain they said that other customers had raised this problem,yet there it is still pictured on the web site with hole covers,unhelpful in the extreme,do not buy from this company
