Not very happy with this company. Took my order and money left my account. Three weeks later and I have not received my item. Emailed them last week, no response received. So posted a bad review on another site earlier today, and received a response to that within 30 minutes calling me a lying tw@t. However their response included my earlier email to them. Muppets! “Lock Picks”

I bought a Southord 22 piece lock pick set from this website and I have to say the customer service is superb. I purchased the item on Sept 15th and it was with me the next day. I have since puchased a set of bump keys and a bump hammer from them and again superb delivery time and no postage costs. (read more)

I used UniversalBumpKeys.com to purchase Universal Bump Keys, a 21 piece bump keys set, a 10 pin tubular lock pick and a 15 piece Southord pick set and I have to say they are the best bump key shop around. Not only is the VAT included in the price but there are no delivery fees. Most of the other bump keys shops have extras on top when you come to checkout, something that costs say £100 ends up costing £128, nearly 30% more. (read more)
