Not very happy with this company. Took my order and money left my account. Three weeks later and I have not received my item. Emailed them last week, no response received.
So posted a bad review on another site earlier today, and received a response to that within 30 minutes calling me a lying tw@t. However their response included my earlier email to them. Muppets!
Emailed back pointing this out, and received an email back by return stating anybody can cut and paste and refering to me as an idi0t. It was clear that they hadn't even bothered to check their email account.
Avoid this company, poor communication (until you post a bad review - then just rude). Clearly they do not realise that reviews can be amended if you resolve issues with customer. No attempt to resolve failure to provide goods.
Refund provided, following Paypal dispute.
