“Missing order?”

Placed an order and paid £5 for delivery. After 1 week I emailed them and no reply. After phoning them they found my email but no order! They sent out my item 2 days later which took 2 days to arrive. Price for goods was very competitive but I suppose that's no good if they don't process your order! They need to improve their ordering & dispatching, but you do get the goods (eventually)!!! (read more)

I have used this company on a couple of occasions now and each and every time they deliver 100% satisfaction . My last item i was not quite sure which one i needed but spoke to one of there sales staff who had a great knowledge of the products they sell.It arrived a couple of days later well packaged and on time. Superb in every way, needed a yale front door lock fast as I'd been broken into. I explained the situation and they sent one of their sales reps out straight away with the item. Within the hour I had a new lock fitted, with the help of their sales rep. I would recommend wholeheartedly. My item arrived today, faster than expected, as most express delivery sites don't seem to make good on their promises. Packaged extremely well and not even a scratch in transit. I had some specific requirements that the excellent customer service department managed to help me with. Overall an extremely professional and impressive service. I will be using Tool and Fix again. “Avoid tool&fix at all costs!”

I have used this company twice now and both times they have taken my £5 for "next day" delivery and then failed to deliver my order. One order took 5 days to arrive and the second still hasn't arrived! Despite keen prices I will no longer consider tool&fix for future supplies because of their total lack of customer service and the " delivered next day" false promises! (read more)

I can not thank the staff enough at tool and fix. I was let down by another retailer. You see i ordered a anniversary gift for my wife it was a nice light weight garden spade that she so desperately wanted. I ordered said spade two weeks earlier and then heard nothing. One phone call to the friendly helpful chaps at toolandfix.com and said spade was there for Mrs G the very next day . Top marks all round for these chaps they know there products. “Terrible customer service and Do not deliver on time !”

I placed an order with this company on the 29/5 and today on the 6/6 my order has still not been delivered. Having paid an extra £5 for next day delivery I think this is a bit long to expect me to wait !! On top of this when I called the customer services number on the 1/6 I was told they would speak the the courier and call me back, but again no call. Fingers crossed my refund will go through as they have said but I am not holding my breath. I would recommend people think twice before... (read more)
