Ordered 3 items all of which were in stock. Order was confirmed and said items would be delivered in 1-3 days. 2 week's later the items still had not arrived so I phoned Tool and Fix. Was told they couldn't find my order on the tracking system and would phone me back. They did actually phone back a few hours later but with some story about package being damaged in transit. They were waiting for courier to return package so they could assess the damage. If items were ok the package would be reposted immediately. If they weren't ok we would have to wait as all 3 items were then mysteriously out of stock.
Another week has passed with no communication from the company and surprise surprise no package.
We have now cancelled the order and requested a refund.
WE WILL NOT BE USING TOOL AND FIX EVER AGAIN!
