Very Poor Customer Service

I had a new door fitted and the entire job was a disgrace, the door was not square had finishes missing and the cosmetic finishing was appalling, after much stress and several e-mails / phone calls the company did agree to send someone out to re-assess the work, but had I not been persistent I very much doubt I would have got my problems addressed, I was treating like an idiot when I contacted them and every timescale they agreed to, ie. sending someone back out, re-fitting was not adhered too - after I got an independent opinion the company did agree to replace my door which they have done, but I seriously would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, it seems to me once they have your money they are not interested, the people on the customer service line are down right rude and have a couldny give a toss attitude, have received no apology for any stress or inconvenience caused. very dis-satisfied with their customer service
