Rubbish company with no customer service manners

I called UPVC door company to clarify what time they would be coming out to fit new door to be informed they had no paperwork for me and that I had not ordered a door. The said the would look into the matter and call me back which they did. After several calls from Hillington and Ayr shop they then informed me I had not signed paperwork which was why the order had not been processed to which I informed them I had travelled 30miles to a shop to sign paperwork 2 weeks previous and had paperwork stating instillation date.The manager then agreed the sales man had forgot to process my paperwork and that the door would be another week or so before it could be installed. After expressing how annoyed I was about having to take another day off work the Managers response was well its human error do you want the door or not! As I needed a door and didn't have time to look about for another company I went ahead and had door fitted today. I asked the manager for details of who to contact to deal with my complaint and express my concerns about how the situation was handled to which he responded head office is in Blantyre but no point phoning them because they will just pass you back to me. I also asked if I would get some sort of compensation, upgraded handles or something, he laughed and said no. After they left today and my partner came home to see the door he quickly pointed out the facing were too narrow despite them telling me I had to order extra wide facings, gaps were sealed with 1/2" wide bead of silicone, finish outside was poor standard and inside was worse. The silicone outside looks like he put it on with a shovel from his van!
