This was my first experience of this company, having read their website I felt happy I was dealing with a professional, trustworthy company. How wrong was I. The staff member who handled my query regarding my delivery can only be described as a 'bully'. My only advice to anyone is to avoid them at all costs, but if you have no alternative, please do not place an order with them over the telephone, get the paperwork to support your order and payment.

I can only apologise if you feel let down by whoever you have spoken to at our company.
