Having made a purchase on line I received a product that was different from what was advertised. Contacted them and have received no satisfactory outcome. Was accused of using the item and had to send in photos to show otherwise, in my opinion I was sent either a display product or old stock. Even part of the product is missing. First time to use and the last. If I could give a lower rating I would
