Superb, speedy service from R.G.'s - 1 damaged component

Very prompt processing and delivery (approx. 3 working days) was provided by Ray Graham's - Five stars.

The Outback Excel was offered at a good price - below that of competitors, and I suspect this was helped by lower taxes, given R.G. Ltd Northern Ireland location.

The Outback Excel BBQ itself was very well packaged indeed, and instructions provided were acceptable, although diagrammatically perhaps a tad small.
I particularly like the construction style, and which utilises tough plastic "feet" and this keeps any rust-prone metal well away from the ground.

The sole issue I incurred was with the heavy-gauge black plastic support tray, where two of the important support lugs were fractured.
I managed to manufacture a remedy, using "No More Nails."

The Excel quality appears far greater than much higher-priced, and larger BBQ's seen in local named DIY stores.
So, overall, I'm delighted.
