Failed at virtually every hurdle!

I came across your details following a web search and you appeared to offer a very competitive price for hire of the scaffold tower I required.
I called your representative to place an order but was told that I could not hire the tower for the advertised price! I was told that despite your web site making no mention of this, the price quoted was only available for hire of 3 weeks or more and that the delivery was not free as listed! I consider this to be miss-representation of a product which is illegal and in hindsight I should have finished my dealings with you at this point but as your price was still comparable and you said the tower was available I continued.
The tower was delivered as expected but when I went to erect it I found that the supplied bracing bars were not appropriate for me to be able to erect a tower for safe use.
I contacted your office and when I got a reply I was told that there were not any bracing bars of the appropriate type available, from the depot that had supplied the tower. I think it is reasonable to read from this that the tower was sent out knowingly with the wrong braces to complete the order as the correct ones were not available! I find this completely unacceptable and encourages the use of equipment in an unsafe manner.
Some braces were located at another depot and offered for delivery the following day. I asked for them to be there first thing and was told that you would try to achieve this but they would be there by lunchtime. The braces finally arrived at 2 pm and were almost not received at all because the delivery driver was given the wrong contact number. This lost me 2 days labour due to being unable to carry out the work planned.
At the time of placing the order I also booked for the tower to be collected on the following Tuesday. As no one was going to be available at that time it was arranged that the property gate would be left unlocked to enable access for collection. I got home Tuesday afternoon to find that the tower had not been collected. I contacted your office and was told that the collection had not been booked in. I was told that the tower would be collected the next day and asked for this to be early so that the property could be secured for the rest of the day. The tower was collected but not until late in the afternoon.
I appreciate that mistakes can happen but with the series of events that I experienced I can only summarise your service as illegal, dangerous and incompitent.
