“Delivery Chaos”

Furniture bought in Edinburgh in November with assurances that this would be delivered at a date to suit me. First mistake!
Telephoned to arrange delivery after Christmas but was told no dates were available. Try again. Aimed to choose delivery date in February but was told calendar was unavailable and phone back in two weeks. Did this and was informed that there was a delivery date after Christmas on the original date I had chosen. Great news! Received a call today (6 days before delivery)to contact delivery service as delivery delayed. Why? Apparently the furniture would not be in depot although this had been ordered and date confirmed. Now have delivery date in February. Hopefully this will be successful but I have my doubts. From this experience I will never deal with this store again. Poor service.
