I ordered two laundry baskets from Homebase, and paid for home delivery to take place on 04 April. I waited in all day and received nothing, not a phone call email or text. I emailed after being unable to get through on the phone, and received no response. On 07 April I received a text on my phone saying delivery would take place that morning between 7am and 1pm. Again nothing arrived. Later that day someone called to say his elderly next door neighbour had received my parcel it had been left behind the wheelie bins, and was delivered to 597 whereas I live at 579. The parcel is too large to carry down a main road so I have now have to ask my son to call collect and then bring to my house. Sent an email complaining 3 times and no response - really poor service, the goods weren't that great either they don't look much like they did on the website.
