Very stressful experience!

Ordering our kitchen was easy in the ordering stage, the problems started when we received our kitchen. The person who ordered our kitchen made mistakes in the order resulting in the wrong cupboards received. Our fitter had great difficulty checking the order , as the delivery note had different code numbers against each box. Homebase did not get us the correct cupboards to us for another 3 weeks by which time we had to pay more money to our fitter. Of course no reimbursement from homebase for their mistakes. Communication was us chasing our order. The problem had a knock on effect with our other kitchen orders I.e the electrician and the work top company both had to be re-arranged. This review is just the tip of a very stressful time we have had Due to all of this our kitchen is still not finished as our fitter had used up the time he had available. Living with no kitchen for so long has been a nightmare for us , all as a result of mistakes made by homebase. Before the kitchen delivery we actually gave the kitchen person a very good review, I am afraid we wish to change that review ,
