Not one to write reviews normally, but I received a text message to say items which my husband agreed to have delivered mid february are to be delivered 20/1/14!!!!!!
I have been kept waiting now for 30 mins on mobile phone as I don't have access to an landline. It's disgraceful.
I advise anyone who wants to purchase items from home base for home delivery………THINK LONG AND HARD as the delivery service is the worst in living history!
I will never recommend anyone to buy a kitchen or bathroom as we have done from Homebase. Three lots of friends have bought at both B and Q and Wickes for kitchens and bathrooms and have had no problems whatsoever with delivery or aftersales.
I will tell anyone who asks me, "don't buy from home base as the argos delivery is the worst ever"
I will tell them all to buy from Wickes or B and Q! I have just spoken to someone at the Argos delivery centre total time on the phone 35 minutes.
