Shocking!!! The website hangs when placing a payment. I did a double order 5 months ago because the payment window didn't confirm payment. I avoided the website, but used it again today and it did the same thing. I was using Internet Explorer on a PC, so it cant get any more "standard" than this.
I called Customer Service and they confirmed the order had been processed, but weren't bothered that their website doesnt work. It seems like it is an usual problem.
I suggest Homebase fire their internet team and start over.
Also, the item I was trying to order was only available for home delivery, but the website doesn't show this easily, so I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out if my local store had it in stock. Again I called and the customer service team, couldn't give a monkeys as to a customer having such problems that they have to call to use their website.
