I ordered some kit needed to pull some foundations and could not have done the job without it. After I ordered the item, they realised that they did not have the correct one in stock. So they did not cause me any problems with delivery times they upgraded my product for free, ensuring that I could complete my work. New company I hadn't ordered from before. I usually go with Screfix or Toolstation, but glad I gave these guys a try as the price was better than either and the service just as good. The order was delivered next day via a decent courier and I got an hour delivery slot window. Good service. Very happy customer. Well done FFX. (read more)

“Not worth our while to fulfill the order”

I have ordered £1000 of tools from this company and until now have had great service. The problem with this order is that one item had to come direct from Sealey Tools. The order was a sealy welder, wire and a Makita angle grinder. After a later order arrived before this one I phoned to see if there was a problem? Ordered a makita cordless drill yesterday lunchtime. It arrived before 9am this morning! Was kept informed re delivery times, had the option to change them. They weren't quite the cheapest option (2nd cheapest) but the price difference was negligible and the other seller had a bunch of -ve reviews. I have nothing bad to say. Was about to purchase a 'Faithful Splitting Maul' and 'Faithful small axe' from Amazon when I thought I'd just double check I couldn't find it cheaper somewhere else. FFX turned up in Google so I had a look, and even with delivery cost on top for each item my total order was £8 cheaper than Amazon. “Misleading Google Listings”

Was searching to buy a Fein Power Tool, FFX were listed on Google Shopping as the cheapest. When I clicked through to their site, the tool was actually £28.00 more expensive than advertised on Google. Too add insult to injury, their delivery charge of £4.95 was another hidden charge. Sham websites like this should get their act together, and stop clogging up the internet with their misleading information. (read more)

Found these guys through google shopping, great price compared to other sites - wish id found them earlier. Ordered easily via paypal and my sander came next day. Had a browse through their site and their prices are very good on most tools I searched on. Ive already recommended to my workmates. No hassle ordering thanks again. (read more)
