I have ordered £1000 of tools from this company and until now have had great service. The problem with this order is that one item had to come direct from Sealey Tools. The order was a sealy welder, wire and a Makita angle grinder.
After a later order arrived before this one I phoned to see if there was a problem? My card had been charged the full amount and the payment had been deducted from my bank.
The assistant on the phone was very polite and tried to help me BUT when he explained that with the postage it wasn't worth their while fulfilling the order I was not too happy.The reason I use this company is because of their swift delivery abroad.
What did they do to resolve the situation? "we have credited the money back to you and you should receive it in a few days". Well thanks a lot!
All I need to resolve this matter is the order to be sent NOW as the agreement.
