We brought our bathroom from the Solihull branch of Bathstore, from beginning to end the service we received from the two people I dealt with was second to none, the quality of the products we purchase was really well made you would think we had paid a lot more money then we had.
Right at the end of putting our bath room together the cabinet we purchase was found to be damaged we will over the two weeks period for sending damaged items back but upon calling them she sorted it all out and stopped the stress we were feeling the item was taken back and replace within 3 working days, now that's what I would call EXCELLENT customer service, I would 100% recommend anyone to use this company
