I completed my order online as I was disappointed with the store visit- the sales team could not explain how they were working out the discount and would not remove. Delivery charge- when completing order online for exactly the same products not only was it more than £200 cheaper there was free delivery also- when questioning your sales team about the triple discount and the fact I thought it was misleading the manager told me it was clever marketing with that comment I left your store- the discounts should be made clear at the beginning-

Typical DESPICABLE BEHAVIOUR of Bathstore! My experience with Bathstore is a DISASTER! Mis-representation and mis-selling, damage to my property (I had to seek the expertise of a structural engineer and remedial work is required), faulty services and products. Bathstore are in full breach of contract but since Sept 2015, they continue to deny their legal responsibility even trying to get me to pursue my claim against THEIR OWN contractor. They also threatened me via a solicitors' letter, which I received on 23 Dec 2015 (need I say more?) when I told my story on Facebook. And I am an OAP who underwent heart surgery in Jan 2016. BATHSTORE ARE A DISGRACE!
