Ordered bath on line, very good price, easy to order. Selected a convenient delivery date.Little surprised I did not get any confirmation of time of delivery until 7.00 pm the night before delivery.
Bath arrived within the 4 hour time slot, very friendly delivery crew.

Not too impressed with the bath, looks great but the strengthening board does not run past the waste outlet on the bottom of the bath. As we have a shower over the bath I am a little worried that this will result in a weak spot when standing in the bath to shower.

Good morning,

Thank you for your feedback, I'm delighted to hear that you were so happy with our delivery service; I've spoken to my technical colleague regarding your worries over the bath. Normally the showers are installed the opposite end of the bath to the waste so that the water also runs down the slant, however this still shouldn't be a problem, we've also not had any issues with this reported previously so the bath does seem to be of sturdy enough quality.
