15 days of stress

I chose to go with a big established company as I believed this would bring with it experience and professionalism. Instead I had workmen on sight that only spoke one or two words of English.
When I had the initial visit from the fitter he said the pipe work would be concealed this I took to mean the pipes would be channelled into the wall, no this meant they would be covered over with plasterboard. In fact they did no rendering but applied a lot of plaster board making my already small bathroom even smaller! The job was supposed to take 7 to 10 days and in the end took them 15 days!!
Finally, they flooded the entrance hall to my maisonette, I tried to point out the leak to the men on sight but they just shrugged their shoulders. I spoke to "my installer" who insisted they were not liable but would fix the leak but after three but after three days of mopping up nothing had been done. In fact they had not even looked at the leak. Finally, British Gas came to move my boiler from the kitchen to the loft their engineer saw the problem and fixed it in two minutes.
