There is not enough space to list all the awful things that have happened since we made the big mistake of handing over £4,700 for an ensuite renovation. Unprofessional and rude staff, inexperienced tradesmen and below average quality products. Two months later, the toilet seat is cracked and split all of a sudden and they refuse to take responsibility. All smiles and great service when they are taking your money but disgusting treatment once the money is in their account. We have logged complaints to Citizens Advice Bureau and Watchdog. People, stay away from Bathstore!

We bought a bath off them, it's been in for two weeks and its got a hairline crack in it, they don't want to know, they're trying to say that I should ave been seen on delivery, I would have needed to go over it with a magnifying glass to see it. Staff soo rude in the Cardiff branch today, but as you say really nice when they're taking your money... I've also gone to trading standards today as well... Awefull company to deal with!!!

Hi, Your acrylic bath is made up of two layers, the top layer is the acrylic sheet and is bright white, the lower layer is fibreglass to make your bath rigid and is a dull greyish off white colour, looking at the finished edge of your bath how thick is the top layer ? , the bright white acrylic sheet and not the overall thickness . 3.5 mm is the thinnest and is cheap and when your bath is moulded into shape it has to stretch and so where it stretches can be just 1 or 2mm thick !
This has to hold gallons of water and an adult. The thickness of the acrylic sheeting is the crucial part not the overall thickness including the fibreglass
Some companies add the thickness of the acrylic sheeting and the thickness of the fibre glass coating together and tell you the bath is 5 or 6mm thick, IT'S ONLY THE THICKNESS OF THE ACRYLIC SHEETING THAT'S IMPORTANT , because the fibreglass coating is poress and will leak if the acrylic splits even if the fibreglass coating is in intact . 8mm and 10mm Acrylic sheeting is best and baths made from this thicker acrylic are easily available . Seek out brand named goods not low grade made anywhere by anyone junk .

Letsbehonest your constant ramblings about Bathstore baths have no relevance, the bath was delivered damaged by the sound of it and the reviewer didn't spot it until after it was installed.
There are no reviews on this site about baths cracking in the night or exploding when they're full. it's pure scaremongering from YOU..... the Bathstore stalker with 450 negative comments now written by you here.

I feel so sorry for you , I have written hundreds of comments based upon my own experiences re Bathstore's poor quality, poor installation , expensive fitting service and wafer thin acrylic baths, and the fact that BRAND NAMED goods are available for less money.
If I were you I would get a large piece of white card a black felt tipped pen I would then write all of my issues on the card in large bold print and protest outside the showroom for all to read. Saturday is best . good luck

Letsbehonest; Every single comment you've written about Bathstore has been negative, you hate them.. that much is clear. But you wouldn't buy from them twice, would you? 'Cause according to you, they're the worst in the world.
So writing hundreds of comments based on one experience would be a bit strange, wouldn't it?
it's obvious you have an axe to grind, so here I am, letting people know what your all about.

Hello

Further to the review posted above and our email communications.

Once again I am sorry that you have had cause to be disappointed with Bathstore.

I am aware that a mutually agreeable resolution to your concerns was reached on the 23rd May by all parties.

With regard to the toilet seat; having viewed the photographs with our technical support team, they advise that the toilet seat does look at though it has suffered some form of damage for it to crack in the way it has? However that said it is not our intention to be in dispute with you, therefore I have arranged for a replacement toilet seat to be delivered to your home address Thursday 4th July 2013.

Kind Regards
