“Shop ruled by idiots”

Unfortunately, I bought some goods from these people who are just complete idiots. During the delivery one of them smashed my door with the shower doors, and from this day I 'am trying to get paid for this damage.
They are completely unable to sort out this problem, as the usage of a phone seems to be too complicated for them.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone, unless you just want to lose money and time. Get your stuff from serious shops, not from Bathstore.

I know , there's one who comments on most of my comments like an obsessed demon lol. Anyway if it can take six weeks to get a simple refund from Bathstore you've got no chance, good luck !!
