Bathstore stuff is ok, but the mark of any company is how they deal with it when something goes wrong. We've had a loo that doesn't fit. We've emailed and phoned both the company itself and the store - but we still haven't received a single email or phone call back! No one cares. We won't make the mistake of buying from them when we come to do our next bathroom in the winter.
