Arranged for a bathroom to be fitted. Cancelled as B and Q couldn't keep to the date agreed. Contract says they will refund within 14 days using the same method of payment used to pay for the order. Says the same on website terms and conditions. Now refusing to refund via the same method of payment. Now 37 days since we asked for a refund, and have still not received it.
