We ordered our bathroom in may and was told they would be able to start in 3 months ie August. In Sept our date was put back 2 weeks, the earliest date became 21st September. Nearly 2 months later we still have an unfinished bathroom. The work was so shoddy we had to refuse to have the existing builders. New builders came for a couple of day's, then didn't turn up for our last appointment.

• Throughout this time we have suffered with no washing facilities for over 18 days
• No flushing toilet for over a week and no toilet at all for 24 hours
• Toilet water leaking down the walls of our new kitchen
• Everything had to be pulled out again and refitted because the installers broke the bath the Vanity unit, sink and taps.
• Nothing was fitted horizontally or vertically
• Tiles and mirror were chipped
• Mud in every room of the house - Because they wanted to bleed the radiators
• Old bathroom has been on our front lawn for about a month and has never been picked up
• No garage
• No project manager
• They don’t answer your calls, emails or do call backs
• They don't do the job as discussed
• And there builders do not turn up to finish off the job
