Rude, arrogant, unhelpful, miserable staff with poor product knowledge, who fail to apologise when they regularly overcharge you on the ticket price!

After several years of putting up with it, today's rudeness was the last straw. For me, B&Q stands for Bypass & Quit, which is exactly what I'll be doing in favour of Wickes, Screwfix and Homebase who may have their faults, but by comparison to this lot, feel like heaven to shop with.

They may be owned by the same parent...but they have different CEO's, different management teams, different companies with different cultures and as far as I can see, different staff training!
