Disaster from day one . Certainly go somewhere else if your planning on buying a kitchen or bathroom . Lack of staff , managers don't want to handle complaints and pass the buck . Feel sorry for the customer advisors that work on the kitchen department as managers certainly don't help and support them . I complained to a managers that work there and he only turned round and said that he finishes his shift and needs to catch a bus and passed my complaint on to a young girl on the shop floor . If your thinking of having your kitchen fitted by B&Q then I would advise you to get your own builder to fit your kitchen .
