Went today 8th sept 2014 and found the Chiswick store manager was rude. Would not give refund for an item returned next day undamaged instead gave credit which apparently they can! Buy elsewhere if you want to a refund if things go wrong. I have spent thousands all year doing two properties with a cowboy company. Beware people experience and money matters.
